TyriaWiki provides an AI-powered search interface for Guild Wars 1 wiki content. The Service:

• Summarizes and retrieves information from publicly available wiki sources
• Uses artificial intelligence to process and present information
• Does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• May be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively

Information provided by the AI may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Always verify important information from official sources.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service retrieves and summarizes content from the Guild Wars Wiki (wiki.guildwars.com).
